My name is Loes Krijnen. I live on a houseboat in Nijmegen in The Netherlands, surrounded bij nature and animals of all sorts. On my 26th birthday I received and amazing gift from my parents: their old camera, a Nikon D5000. I was incredibly happy. Four months later I bought a new camera: Sony Alpha 6000 with a 70-350mm zoom lens. Only 6 months later I exchanged my lens for a 200-600mm zoom lens. Extremely happy with it. It feels pretty easy to make beautiful photos when you live in a place like I do. In the short time owning this camera I went outside almost every day to shoot photos. With every new photo I am becoming more certain that photography will be my #1 hobby and hopefully work in the future. Until now my photos were shot in Norway and The Netherlands. I can't wait to explore nature in different countries over the next few years. For now, I'm trying to figure out everything I can about photography and develop my skills.
